Offer a prepaid package
A package is a block of sessions bought in advance. Soap Notes draws sessions down as the client attends, so you can answer how many are left without counting back through a calendar, and you get paid for the course rather than the appointment.
How to do it

Open Offerings, then Packages
Create a package and choose which service its sessions are drawn from, how many there are, and what the block costs.

Decide whether packages expire
Expiry is an account-wide setting rather than a per-package one. If you turn it on, you set how many months after purchase a package runs out.

Sell it and watch the balance
Purchases appear under Finance, where you can see what each client has bought and how much of it is left.
