Zoom is not ready to connect yet

The Zoom connection is still being finished, so it is not available to connect yet. Google Meet is live today and generates a meeting link on every scheduled session. If Zoom is what your practice runs on, tell us and we will let you know the day it opens up.

No. The integration works with free Zoom accounts. Note that free Zoom limits group calls to 40 minutes, for longer sessions, you'll need a paid Zoom plan.

Recordings stay in your Zoom cloud. We save the playback link to the matching client note so you can find it instantly without searching Zoom's library.

Yes. Disconnect under Settings → Integrations and existing sessions are preserved with their current links.
