How to connect Zoom

Connect your Zoom account
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Connect. Sign in to Zoom and approve the read/write meeting permissions.

Set Zoom as your default video tool
In Calendar Settings, choose Zoom as the meeting provider. New sessions will now generate Zoom links automatically.

Schedule a session
Create or open a session — the Zoom link appears in the session detail panel and gets shared with the client automatically.
