Complete your business profile
Your business profile is the one place Soap Notes reads from when it needs to say who you are. It goes on the invoices you send, the booking page clients land on, and the emails that go out in your name. It is worth ten minutes now because correcting it later means correcting it on documents people have already received.
How to do it

Open Settings, then Business profile
Settings sits at the bottom of the sidebar. Business profile is the first section.

Fill in your practice details
Practice name, address, phone and the email clients should reply to. The address is what appears on invoices, so use the one you would put on a receipt.

Upload your logo
It appears on invoice PDFs and your public booking page. A square image works best because both places crop to a square.

Set your currency and date format
Currency applies to every service price, invoice and report from here on. Changing it later does not convert amounts already recorded, so set it before you price anything.
Questions
- Can I hide the Soap Notes branding on invoices?
- Yes. Business profile has a setting for it, and turning it off removes the footer from invoice and receipt PDFs.
- Does the address show to clients?
- On invoices and receipts, yes. Your booking page shows your practice name and logo, not your street address.
