Soap Notes for Gmail is a separate, lightweight Chrome extension, not the email-sync integration above. It adds a single button to your Gmail compose toolbar. Click it to insert your public booking link, or a table of your actual open times, straight into the email, no copying links from your dashboard, no checking your calendar in a separate tab. It only reads your organization's public booking page and never touches the content of your emails, contacts, or client records.

How to connect Gmail Booking Links

Install the Chrome extension
Add "Soap Notes for Gmail" from the Chrome Web Store, then open or refresh Gmail.

Connect your account
Sign in to your Soap Notes dashboard once in the same browser. The extension picks up your organization automatically.

Insert a link while composing
Open a new email in Gmail, click the Soap Notes button in the compose toolbar, and choose a booking link or a table of open times to insert.
