Use Klaviyo's email infrastructure to automate communication with your coaching clients. Soap Notes triggers email sends from your existing Klaviyo templates — session reminders, invoice delivery, post-session follow-ups, package renewal nudges. No client health data is shared with Klaviyo; only the contact info needed to send the email.

How to connect Klaviyo

Connect Klaviyo
Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo → Connect. Paste your Klaviyo API key (find it under Klaviyo → Account → API Keys).

Map Soap Notes events to Klaviyo templates
For each event (session booked, invoice sent, etc.) pick a Klaviyo template. We pass through the merge fields so your templates render correctly.

Trigger sends from billing or schedule
Events fire automatically. You can also send manually — open any client → Email → Send via Klaviyo.
