Connect Klaviyo
If you send a newsletter or run campaigns, connecting Klaviyo means the list is maintained by your practice rather than by you exporting a spreadsheet every few months. Contacts sync across, and the list reflects who you are actually seeing.
How to do it

Open Settings, then Integrations
Find the Klaviyo card and choose Connect. You need a Klaviyo account already.

Approve the connection
Klaviyo asks you to authorise the access, and you are returned to Soap Notes once it is done.
Consent
Syncing a contact into a marketing tool is not the same as that person agreeing to be marketed to. Only sync people who have given you consent to contact them that way, whatever your jurisdiction requires.
