How to connect Calendly

    Connect your Calendly account

    Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendly → Connect, then link your Calendly account and approve access.

    Map your event types

    Choose which Calendly event types should create sessions in Soap Notes and which client field each booking maps to.

    Bookings sync automatically

    From now on, every Calendly booking appears in Soap Notes. Update availability in Calendly and the changes sync across.
