Soap Notes + Calendly
Booking now happens in Soap Notes rather than through Calendly.
Soap Notes connected to Calendly at one point, and if you booked through it back then those sessions are still on your schedule. New connections are not available. Booking is part of Soap Notes itself now: you publish an event, a client picks a slot from your live availability, and the session, the client record and the note all exist in the same place from the moment it is booked. You can share the booking link directly or embed it on your own site.
What this integration does
- Publish booking pages for your organisation and for each practitioner
- Clients choose a slot from your real availability, in their own timezone
- A booking creates or matches the client record straight away
- Share the link, or embed the booking page on your existing site
- Clients reschedule or cancel through a self-service link sent by email
- Bookings made through Calendly in the past still appear on your schedule
Soap Notes no longer connects to Calendly
Soap Notes no longer connects to Calendly, and bookings that came through it in the past still appear on your schedule. Soap Notes has its own booking pages now, so clients can pick a time without a second tool in the way. If you are moving off Calendly, we can talk through what that looks like for your existing links.
